The Lego Movie Has A Comic-Con Poster

If yesterday’s torrent of Comic-Con posters wasn’t enough, at least one film had the good sense to wait until a few hours after to avoid the crowds. That film is The Lego Movie, which has put online an image of its minifig star, Emmet, voiced by Chris Pratt. Take a look at him below.

Emmet is the Everybrick at the heart of the story, an average Joe in the Lego universe who's quite happy to follow the rules. Until, that is, he’s mistaken for the most extraordinary master builder and recruited to help stop the evil tyrant known as President Business (Will Ferrell).

He won’t have to face the danger of the prez and his violent henchman Bad Cop (Liam Neeson) alone, though. He’ll have the support of Morgan Freeman’s Vitruvius, Elizabeth Banks’ Lucy and Nick Offerman’s craggy pirate among others. Plus, there are a variety of others, including Will Arnett’s Batman.

Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are behind this one, and we’re expecting to learn more and see more at the film’s panel on Saturday. As for the film itself, it’ll arrive on February 14 next year.
