And Ramis' Year One as well

The Blue Raja. Agador from The Birdcage. Claude from Along Came Polly. Apu Nahasapeemapetilon. Yes, it's clear that Hank Azaria is a very funny man, but it's clearer that he's even funnier when he's doing a comedy accent. Which is why we welcome today's news that Azaria has signed on to co-star in Night At The Museum 2: Escape From The Smithsonian (they've really got to change that title), thus reuniting him with his fellow Mystery Man, Ben Stiller.

And he'll be bringing a funny accent to work with him, too, as he'll be playing an all-powerful Egyptian pharoah named Kah Mun Rah.

We weren't huge fans of the first Night At The Museum, but certainly this Shawn Levy-directed sequel is heading in the right direction, casting-wise, with Azaria joining the excellent Amy Adams on board. Perhaps it will be a significant improvement on the original, after all.

It's also been confirmed that Azaria has joined the cast of Harold Ramis' Biblical comedy Year One, in which he will appear alongside Michael Cera and Jack Black. Can't wait.
