For the horde! Following the first posters, plus some exclusive images in the latest issue of Empire, here's the very first trailer for Warcraft : The Beginning.

Based on the perenially popular videogame franchise, Warcraft: The Beginning comes from British directing wunderkind Duncan Jones, he of Moon and Source Code fame. As Jones told us for this month's magazine feature, the film will be a fantasy war epic "about two equally important stories from either side of the conflict". The two sides in question are the human Alliance, led by Travis Fimmel, Ben Foster and Dominic Cooper; and the orc Horde, led by Toby Kebbell, Robert Kazinsky, and Daniel Wu.

Will it be orcs or humans that end up victorious? Could this be the first truly great videogame-to-movie adaptation? Will those talking pandas from the Mists of Pandaria expansion make an appearance? All will be revealed on June 3, 2016, when Warcraft: The Beginning is released.
