Like the Council of Elrond except with nicer coffee and more meticulous flatplans, the men and women of the Professional Publishers Association have gathered and drawn up a shortlist of the greatest magazine covers of the last 100 years. We're proud to announce that Empire's Darth Vader cover, a breathing Sith Lord that adorned the magazine's June 2005 issue, is one of ten nominated for the PPA's prestigious Cover of the Century.
