Hey, guess what, the collective Empire staff has been cast in the new Wolverine movie as Multiple Man! OK, that's not true, but it can only be a matter of time because everyone else is going to be in it.
After a flood of casting news, Just Jared is now reporting that former Hobbit and Lost castaway Dominic Monaghan is joining the X-Men spin-off as Beak. 'Who Beak?', you ask in your curiously preposition free way of speaking.
Well, he rang nothing more than a vague, distant bell for us. But he is apparently a mutant with very light bones, whose arms had begun to grow feathers and given him the ability to fly very short distances with great effort. He also has a pointy face and bulging eyes. Well, that might be the suckiest superpower we've ever heard of. It almost sounds like a hindrance.
That means that, as well as Wolverine, this movie features Sabretooth, Gambit, Silver Fox, Kestrel, Deadpool and now Beak. We hope director Gavin Hood can keep all those balanced while making sure this is definitely Hugh Jackman's film.
