Peter Dinklage is no stranger to weird creatures: he's appeared in **Prince Caspian **and acted alongside the likes of Vin Diesel. But now he's in talks to join the cast of horror comedy The Knights Of Badassdom, which will see a group of Live Action Role-Players mistakenly summoning a very real demon.

Joe Lynch, the director who won praise for making straight-to-DVD schlocker Wrong Turn 2: Dead End better than it really had any right to be, announced last year that he'd be making the script his follow-up film.

Penned by Matt Wall and Kevin Dreyfuss, Badassdom would see a man freshly dumped by his girlfriend agreeing to accompany his LARPing mates on their latest expedition. But a mysterious book bought from eBay leads to trouble when it turns out to have unexpectedly real demonic powers.

Bloody Disgusting reports that Dinklage is in talks to starin the movie, which sounds like a mutant crossbreed of Evil Dead-era Sam Raimi and the sword-happy finale of Role Models. Could it work?
