Dennis Farina has grabbed a new role that fits his onscreen grouch persona perfectly: he’ll play an old-school gambler disgusted with the Disneyfication of Las Vegas in X3 co-writer Zak Penn’s The Grand.
Farina joins a quality cast, including Woody Harrelson and Cheryl Hines, who will be improvising their way through the story of a huge poker tournament. Penn stars shooting in Vegas next month.
