Aaron Eckhart is starring, playing a charismatic, unconventional exorcist who has the ability to tunnel into the subconscious of those who have been possessed. He faces a real challenge when a demon from his past takes over the soul of a nine-year-old boy.

Van Houten is aboard to play the boy’s mother, joining an ensemble that has also recently added Catalina Sandino Moreno. John Pirruccello, Emily Jackson, Emjay Anthony and Breanne Hill are all part of the cast and Journey 2: The Mysterious Island’s Brad Peyton is calling the shots, with the script provided by Ronnie Christensen. Filming is set to kick off shortly.

Houten, who is on screens in The Fifth Estate, is also attached to the drama Broken, and will be back making trouble for Westeros in the next season of Thrones.
