The sun has finally come out here in Cannes, so the **Empire **videblogisode team capitalised on that fortunate turn of events by holing up in an office to record an extended movie parody. As the French wouldn't say, "Such is life."

The spoof was in honour of our interview with Alec Baldwin and James Toback, whose documentary, Seduced And Abandoned, was shown out of competition at the Palais De Festivals. No points for guessing which scene from which movie we try to recreate...

brightcove.createExperiences();This episode also saw us interview longstanding videblog-guest Stephen Woolley about his planned film Limehouse Golem, from a script by Jane Goldman.
