If you're a fan of books and films such as A Dog's Purpose and A Dog's Journey, prepare to have your metaphorical tail wag at the idea of another chatty canine whose voice only we can hear and who helps their humans understand what's important in life. Check out the trailer for The Art Of Racing In The Rain.

This time around we're following Enzo (whose brain voice is provided by Kevin Costner), adopted by aspiring Formula One racing driver Denny Swift (Milo Ventimiglia, which means anyone who has watched This Is US will start to worry). We follow their story as Denny meets his wife, Eve (Amanda Seyfried) and they have a daughter, Zoe (Ryan Kiera Armstrong).

From there, Enzo helps them navigates the twists and turns that existence can throw at you – on the track and off of it. Simon Curtis is in the director's driving seat here, working from a script written by Mark Bomback and adapted from Garth Stein's novel. It'll be out in the States on 9 August and arrives on UK screens on 8 November.
