Original Title:

My Name Is Hmm…

Stuffed with stylistic fripperies and maddening digressions, this tale of an abused runaway says more about its debuting director (fashion designer agnès b.) than it does its troubling subject matter. Sloppily structured, indifferently played and unbearably smug.

Fashion designer-turned-director agnès b hasn't pulled off a Tom Ford-style coup with her debut film. Far from it: this is a shoddy first effort from someone with such an acute eye for style.
