Mind numbingly bad vehicle for Basketball god Shaquille "Shaq" O'Neal as he turns actor, turns rapper, turns genie named Kazaam in this appallingly mismanaged effort from one P.M. Glaser (Starsky).
Francis Capra is the most annoying movie brat ever as Max, the kid who happens upon a genie who raps his three wishes. It has no redeeming features unless you like big men dressed in camp genie costumes....no? well steer clear.
The certificate will keep this way from the only audience who might stomach it, and the whole thing seems like an advert for Shaq's potential rap career. Only, he's crap.
