Original Title:

A House Of Secrets And Lies

A TV movie soap opera with Connie Sellecca as a news reporter so wrapped up in her career that her lawyer husband is driven to a series of meaningless flings, prompting Connie to realise - through an interview with ex-hooker Grace Zabriskie - that not only is hubby an erotomaniac but that she is a co-addict, someone who becomes unhealthily obsessed with a partner's problems.

With media and mafia subplots, this takes a long time to get to the point as Connie joins a self-help group, and by then it's hard not to be fed up with all this psycho-babble nonsense Americans tend to use to dignify their emotional inadequacies.
