Gentlemen Broncos Review

Gentlemen Broncos
Small town high school kid Benjamin (Michael Angarano) meets one of his heroes, pretnetious author Ronald Chevalier (Jemaine Clement) at a sci-fi convention, where the boy manages to give him a copy ofhis manuscript. Chevalier, though, is a dried-up hack, and takes the idea for his own, tweaking the story to his own demented tastes. Benjamin isn't about to take this lying down...

Gentlemen Broncos

Napoleon Dynamite creators Jared and Jerusha Hess return

to Utah, exploring the geeky world of pulp sci-fi. Benjamin (Michael Angarano), home-schooled kid and unpublished author, takes his latest terrible novella, Yeast Lords, to a workshop, only for his pretentious idol, Dr. Ronald Chevalier (Jermaine Clement), to nick it and make it even worse. It’s slight fun, but can’t muster Dynamite’s charm.

A slight return from Napoleon Dynamite's creators.
