Mario Van Peebles is recruited by LAPD creep Bruce Payne into a special unit of semi-vigilante cops who dose up on werewolf extract serum and grow fangs to take the war on crime into the urban jungle. Peebles and co-star Patsy Kensit eventually rebel against Brucie, who goes howling mad for a throat-ripping finale. Lively and silly, this horror yarn is at least a paw ahead of the pack.

Harebrained fun with lotsa guns and lotsa cool lines
