1940s Avengers Assembled!

It's no secret that we loved Avengers Assemble, but as we discussed it the other day, we started to wonder how it might have looked in years gone by. If, for example, they did mega-budget superhero action movies in the 1930s and '40s, who might have been cast as Earth's Mightiest Heroes? No sooner did we speculate than we started photoshopping, and here for your amusement are the results. As awesome as the 2012 effort? We'll never know, but it's fun to imagine...
