Original Title:

Death Of A Cheerleader

In a school which makes St. Trinians look like a Brownie camp, being a cheerleader is all the assembled sad cases have to aim for. And when the gloating Stacy (90210’s Tori Spelling) gets to wave the all important pompons, poor little Angela (Kellie Martin) flips and decides to wipe the toothy smile off of her face for good. Based on a true story, this tries to be an indictment on teenage competitiveness but doesn’t have the clout to follow through.
