In this knock-off of the already unbearable Beethoven, pooch Bingo runs away from the circus and is adopted by a brat whose parents promptly travel across country, forcing the titular mutt to do an Incredible Journey, sniffing out his master by the telegraph poles he has peed on. Along the way, Bingo appears as a trial witness, liberates a poundful of canines, goes to jail, is pursued by a pair of inept comedy crooks and overcomes his traumatic fear of fire. The C-list humans (David Rasche, Cindy Williams) and director Matthew Robbins can't do much to escape.
Bingo Review
Bingo is a former circus dog who saves the life of a misfit child Chuckie. Although the two quickly become best friends, Mom and Dad refuse to let the dog move house with them. But Bingo doesn't give up that easily, travelling 1000 miles to be reunited with his best friend.
