Bad Santa 2 still

Ready to darken our cinematic door once again this Christmas season, the time has finally come for Bad Santa 2. Or at least, it will in a couple of months. Until then, enjoy the new, red band trailer (because if we're honest, there's not as much point in a regular one).

Billy Bob Thornton is back as booze-addled con man Willie Soke, still dressing up as Father Christmas and just as sick of the kids who insist on sitting on his knee as ever. Though it might seem like he's out of the criminal life, all that changes when he teams up once again with old cohort Marcus (Tony Cox), who has a plan to rob a Chicago charity run by Diane (Christina Hendricks). Things get more complicated when Willie learns that the brains behind the scheme is none other than his mother, Sunny (Kathy Bates). And not forgetting The Kid, Thurman Merman (Brett Kelly), grown up and still hanging around, much to Willie's displeasure.

Mark Waters is in the director's chair for the sequel and Bad Santa 2 will (dis)grace UK cinemas from November 25.
