Lifes a beach for Californian surfer dude Mitchell (Shane McDermott) until his parents move to Australia and hes sent packing to his nerdy relatives in freezing Cincinnati where he immediately gets into hot water with the school heavies. Only when hes on rollerblades does he start to wow the babes and find that boring old Cincinnati can be bodacious after all. Predictable teen-slush.
