Where and when does the event take place?
The event takes place at The O2, London from Friday 23 September to Sunday 25 September 2016.
Timings of all events and screenings will be published at the end of August, when we announce our complete programme.
What is The Empire Hub at Brooklyn Bowl?
The O2’s very own Bowling Alley, Brooklyn Bowl, will host the social and hangout space for the weekend. This is where the Empire team will bring the magazine to life, with on-stage versions of How Much Is A Pint Of Milk?, a live Empire Podcast, movie quiz and more. The Empire Hub programme will be announced in August.

Am I allowed to take pictures or film videos?
Of course, in the public areas! Within the cinemas we won’t permit photography or video during screenings.
Can I dress up as my favourite character?
Absolutely, we would love to welcome you dressed as your favourite film hero.
Will there be a cash machine?

Will I be able to buy individual tickets to specific events?
Yes, individual tickets will go on sale at the end of August, from as little as £12.50 plus booking fee.
I have an Empire Hub ticket, is bowling included?
No, bowling is not included but you can book separately at the venue on the night.
What accessible tickets are available?
Wheelchair access is available at all Cineworld events, subject to availability and reservations can be made by calling the accessible booking line on 020 8463 3359. The line is open Monday to Friday (9am – 7pm), Saturday and Sunday (10am-6pm).

Why can’t I buy individual tickets before August?
Unfortunately, only the ticket packages are available until August, which is when we announce the full programme. Once the full line-up is announced and after the priority booking window for ticket packages has ended, individual tickets will then be made available.
Are there any refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately, once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please refer to the event Terms and Conditions.

Screenings
Can I reserve my cinema seat?
Unfortunately not. None of the Cineworld seats are reserved at the time of booking. They will be allocated on a first come first served basis. We advise that everyone be in their seats 15 minutes prior to the start of each screening. Latecomers may not be admitted and we regret that no refunds can be offered.
I’ve bought a Four/Ten Ticket Package, when can I choose my Cineworld screenings?
We will announce the full programme in August and those package holders will be given a priority window to fulfill their ticket order ahead of individual tickets going on general sale. Customers will be sent an email with information on how to redeem these packages and will be given notice that the programme is coming.
I’ve bought an accessible Four/Ten Ticket Package. When can I choose my Cineworld screenings?
Wheelchair access for the chosen Cineworld events will be confirmed when the selection of individual cinema events is made, during the priority booking period. Any remaining wheelchair accessible tickets will be available for individual ticket holders after the priority booking period for packages has ended. Personal Assistants can get one free ticket to any event when the disabled visitor pays full price. This will cover entry and a seat, not the extras on ticket packages such as drink vouchers.
Can I use my Cineworld Unlimited Card or any other discounts offered at Cineworld at The O2?
No, sorry – this is a stand-alone event, separate to Cineworld at The O2 standard screenings, which will continue during the event.
Are there any age restrictions?
All films at the event will be certified, so age restrictions may apply, which will be confirmed when the full programme is announced in August.

I have lost something at the event, who can I contact?
The Lost Property Department at The O2 is open every day from midday. Call 0208 463 2030. Or email lostproperty@theo2.co.uk. We can only keep things for seven days. After that we donate them to charity and are not responsible for anything that is lost or stolen.
