Helen Mirren plays Alfred Hitchcock's wife, Alma Reville, in Sacha "Anvil! The Story of Anvil" Gervasi's dramatic debut, Hitchcock. Acting alongside Anthony Hopkins, Mirren's role reveals how much of Reville is in Hitch's work, as well as how satisfying it is to stress eat caviar after you've had an argument with The Master Of Suspence.
