Martin Scorsese's Hugo may be his first film in 3D but it's an effort that celebrates the whole of cinema history as it tells the story of young orphan Hugo Cabret (Asa Butterfield), who lives in the walls of a Paris police station and tries to keep the clocks wound up. His story begins when he comes into contact with an old toymaker in the station (Sir Ben Kingsley) and his god-daughter (Chloe Moretz).
