P I T E R • A S C E N D I N G' – TRAILER #3 Haven't seen this trailer since I'm trying to keep myself as virginal as possible. But – if internet reaction is anything to go by – the rest of you are about to get your cherries A-bombed. Enjoy.  More

INAL: sanchiaoesn't make the films they made any less worse though...hat's a matter of opinion. Personally, I think their post-/i] output has been exhilarating to witness. My point was simply that Ascendinge more along the lines of 1990s Wachowskis, and thus may find more favour with the general public and critics alike.  More

L: Chris Boomen Initially I thought they moved it so people wouldn't have this bad acting from Tatum on their mind going in Awards season. But Foxcatcher will be released by Sony, so WB would probably prefer it to not win many academy awards. ould be true, alternatively, maybe they think this movie will benefit from being shown post-Foxcatcher? Tatum is likely to have some oscar buzz in February, presumably the nominations will be public (the ceremony is Feb 22nd) and anyone that was im More

Hopefully we'll all be pleasantly surprised. Or at least those of us that aren't yet convinced will be. The visuals look superb and i'm always up for a mspectacular looking science fiction adventure. I'm certainly no fan of Tatum or Kunis but i can live with them.  More

Trailers still look a bit naff, I think it's partly the silly ears and partly that villain ... not exciting me much. Visuals are nice, but considering the Matrix was so slick in presentation this seems a but like technicolor overkill. Like Cloud Atlas I will give it a chance but part of me wishes they'd stick to what they know; borrowing from anime and cyberpunk fiction.  More

Like i said before, it looks like absolute nonsense and the Wachowskis lost the plot after the first Matrix. However, fair play to the stufio greenlighting an original sci fi project that isnt a reboot, remake, sequel, or comic book.It MAY just work despite the fact that the the two main leads are terrible actors.  More

Yeah I'm really hyped for this movie. Bomb or not i think it looks like a lot of fun and could be the next John Carter, which is bad news for the studio but great news for me  More
