The Host

Film synopsis Earth has been invaded. Melanie (Saoirse Ronan) is captured and infused with an alien ‘soul’ but does not entirely submit to her possessor. The composite girl escapes to find a last pocket of human resistance, which includes Melanie’s uncle Jeb (William Hurt), brother Jamie (Chandler Canterbury) and boyfriend Jared (Max Irons).

Leaving aside Dystopia 101, Saoirse Ronan's performance saves this, completely. Sure, it's 'Bodysnatchers' for the Twilight generation, but give them a break, everyone's got to start somewhere…  More

Same old crap!
The posters the same and the story is the same... Oh wait, but with aliens instead of sparkly vampires and cgi wolves. The books are just as badly written and the trailer looks just as bad as Twilight... PLEASE! Enough of this pish already! For the good of mankind please!  More
