RE: Alice In Wonderland
The good news is that this isn't a remake, so Burton should hopefully have free creative range on how he wants to create the story. It's essentially an extension of the original story, where it has Alice returning back to the rabit hole.  According to Wikipedia, She then sets off on an adventure to save Wonderland from the Red Queens rulership.  ... Read More

RE: Alice In Wonderland
Tim Burton is a fantastic, unique director, but when he attempts to remake films, he fails. Planet of the Apes and Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, for example. So i'm fearing this will turn out like his not-so-good movies. Hope not (: ... Read More

Mia Wasikowska
i know this has already been mentioned but she plays sophie in 'in treatment' starring an excellent gabriel byrne. mia plays sophie in the series fantastically and i for one am looking forward to her performance as alice. also looking forward to stephen fry's turn as the chesire cat and alan rickman as the caterpillar. this is a perfect story for tim burton and i really hope he does a great job. on a more negative note i have found many of burton's films this past decade difficult to watch i... Read More

RE: Alice
That's why I'm interested to see how new comer Mia Wasikowska does in the lead role of Alice. She's fairly unknown and is only 19. She must of really impressed Burton with her audition, so I'm looking forward to seeing what she brings to the film. Has anyone happened to see her in anything before? I know she was in that HBO series In Treatment.  ... Read More

Alice in Wonderland
I'm so looking forward to this when it comes out . Tim Burton and Johnny Depp work magically together and im sure Lewis Carroll would be impressed by Tim's own adaptation of this classic masterpiece brougt to life. Tim is definately the director for this particular film and he has never made a bad film in his career. ... Read More
