RE: Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
The trailer was very generic. Looks like a typical Bruckheimmer production. And I still say they should have found someone one that could convince in some of the acrobatics of Datsun. I really think that part should have been played up because it would give this its own identity. Think a sort of period parkour. And yeah you can use stuntmen or even some CGI but it would look better if the actor could do parts of it too. And Jake Gyllenhaal ain't the man for the job. ... Read More

RE: Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
I'm not a huge Jake Gyllenhaal fan, but the costumes look cool, and it's that fantasy/ancient era thing, so I will go see it. ... Read More

RE: Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Seems like Mr. Bruckheimer put some of the money he made with the silly Pirates movies into something much more substantial. Anyway, this looks much better than expected. If the annoying babe merely voice-overs the trailer and not the entire movie I'll give this one a look. ... Read More

RE: Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Well they've totally nailed the free-running/time stopping/acrobatic aspects of the game, the dialogue seems crap though, and Ben Kingsley being in it reduces levels of excitement as i cant stand him, the princess is hot as fuck though, and it does look spectacular in places, if its dumb fun then thats fine by me ... Read More

Everything that came out a human being's mouth in that trailer was unspeakably awful. However visually it was absolutely spectacular. Love the scale and the actions scenes look great. Particularly love the bit with the collapsing building/ sand wave. ... Read More
