Decent result.
would have liked to have seen a classic cup upset.
Expect Chelsea to wipe the floor with Brentford at SB.

Yeah. This was their chance to knock out the holders. Ah well.

So how do you Chelsea fans feel about Frogba leaving Shanghai so soon and moving back to Europe with Galatasaray?

Does this mean you should have kept him on for at least another season? Was there never a choice? Was he pushed out by Abramovich for his age and also his part in the AVB fiasco? Or is this just a case of Drogba really not enjoying Shanghai/accepting even more money elsewhere?

There was a lot more going on at Shenua than just Drogba disliking it there - there's been an ongoing dispute between shareholders that's compromised the stability of the club for one. As for why he didn't go back to Chelsea, I'm fairly sure Fifa nixed a move due to registration regulations or something like that.

Drogba has said that if he missed THAT penalty he would probably have stayed with Chelsea (despite his contract being up) but he didn’t so felt complete or something…Olaf is right even if Chelsea and Drogba wished to be reunited at this time it’s impossible due to a regulation and as said there are a lot more things going on at Shenua than Drogba merely being unhappy. Anelka had been trying to get a transfer for a while and is now with Juventus.

Rapidly improving Reading tonight...

FA Cup hero Torres starts up front, Ba is on the bench and Cech is still out which sucks.

Is Cech still injured? I have to admit I was a little miffed to hear we put in an enquiry for Butland especially since one of the best young keepers in Europe happens to be on our books…Courtois.

I don't mind teams buying players, or spending big money on players, or even having large squads. But every so often with Chelsea, you wonder if they are buying a player just so he is not available to other teams, which I really don't find to be on.

We've done that several times...Parker, Sidwell, Kezman to name a few I think

Not sure about Cech...I know he didn't play against Brentford but didn't he play against Swansea?

The problem for me is I live with a Villa fan so I’m not really sure how upset or pissed off I should be this season because his is going far worse. On the other hand I am sick and tired of being up and losing the fucking plot when we should be cruising, this result against Reading is utterly wank. YOU REALLY NEED TO STOP FUCKING ABOUT YOU TWATS.

Oh and taking Mata off? What the fuck is wrong with you!?

Oscar's miss at 2-0 and three players unmarked at the back to make it 2-2
