 I don't know why it is such a hassle over this Handshake business.
Simply,just don't have one.Let the players shake eachothers hands to whom they wish after the game.

Common sense and Football don't match unfortunately and I suppose the press want a story.

Soooooooo Juventus? I’ll admit now that I hate Champion’s League nights, they give me headaches and cause far too much unnecessary stress. I’ve no real idea how it’ll go tonight but I’m as ever not optimistic.

I have heard some decent defences of Obi but for me he has done very little during his time at Chelsea except frustrate the fuck out of me and nothing to suggest why we went through all that palaver. My heart sinks whenever I see his name in the starting 11, which is far more than it really should. Why we still have him but let others go is beyond me.

Romeu, Mata or Moses on for the second half I hope.

 With Romeu, you'll at least get a range of passing, and I don't see him protecting the defence any less than Mikel does.

At the start of the game 2-2 would have been lovely but urg as good as Juve are and were tonight 2-0 up with minutes left in the 1st half...disappointing result really. I've no problem with our midfield, or Torres (though he needs support) as I keep saying over and over OUR DEFENCE NEEDS IMPROVING OR AT LEAST BETTER PROTECTION oh and MIKEL IS RUBBISH! I will now not mention our defence until the end of time.

To be honest its not the worst result.2-2 against the Italian champions is a decent result but the fact you were leading by 2 and ended up getting a draw can be just a painful as a defeat.

Your in a tough group though,and Shakhtar could be the underdogs to progress.
But early days.

Oscar seems a great buy,but it really is all about how Chelsea react to when they haven't got the ball or there defensive shape/set-up.

 Chelsea did some excellent business with Hazard and Oscar but made a big boo by not signing a defensive minded midfielder. At least Meireles could slot into that role and break up play, can't believe they got rid of him.
