Should be comfortable enough, only Juve to potentially trouble you.

Should come through, but I could also see Donetsk as a tricky one. Long way to travel and they have some decent players.

Looking forward to tonights's kick about. For me Falcoa is one of the top 3 or 4 forwards around. Given Chelsea's problems at the back he could be a real handful for them.

You have probably seen more of Chelsea this season than I have, but they don't look so comfortable at the back to me.

Chelsea's defense seem to be auditioning for the reboot of the Keystone Cops.

Wow! The 'Champions of Europe' absolutely slaughtered by the Champions of Europa!

Athletico Madrid are on fire - Falcao in particular. You do not see that many players scoring a hattrick against Chelsea!

Well I thought we were awful and Madrid showed what I've been bitching about since the summer, against quality with that amount of intensity our defence we can not cope.

Falcao was outstanding and the Super Cup is pointless (unless you win I suppose ) but it'll be interesting to see how we come back from such a comprehensive humiliation.

Michael Essien joins Real Madrid on loan.

It didn't look to me that DiMatteo did his homework properly - against such a powerful team who break so quickly you can't have just Mikel in there as the sole defensive midfielder. Chelsea's success in Europe hasn't been based on being so open and they paid a big price. Was Meireles available because he should have been on either from the start or when it went to 2-0 with probably Ramires sacrificed.

That said how about a first half hat trick with your wrong foot. What a finisher Falcao is - 40 million well spent!

I was out on Friday so didn't see the match but I've seen the highlights...well, there were no highs! Falcao is one of the best around at the moment and he made our back 4 and Cech look like a youth team! I just don't know what Mikel does. For the past four or five seasons it's been "maybe this is the season he proves why we went through all the faff to sign him" He seems to have all the attributes to be a top Premier League player but has only shown it in bits. He doesn't protect the back four enough and that's the only reason he's in the team.

As Impy has said, when we come up against the real quality teams, who have top quality forwards like RvP, Tevez, Bendtner ( ) then we're gonna struggle. I don't see us having any probs scoring against anyone but we're gonna leak goals no doubt.

Indeed, but seriously, we just couldn't be arsed on Friday night... nobody turned up mentally, and they played as if they were afraid to get injured.

I dont think we have too many problems at the back, another centre-half to partner Cahill as Terry is phased out maybe.

Looks like Chelsea are getting out the dead-wood for the signing of C.Ronaldo

Joking aside, I don't get Roberto's interest in releasing Meireles to the Turks, unless he is giving Romalu more games.

Personally I felt a Meireles--Lampard--Ramires midfield would work handsomely in both the PL and Europe.

And I still don't rate Mikel as highly as some coaches, but I suppose that says it all.

I dont understand it either, Meireles must have asked to go... he wasn't starting every game, but he was an important player. This is a real shame.

Gonna be a horrible game today I think...nasty atmosphere will spill on to the pitch I'm sure. QPR haven't looked great so far but I think this is going to be a bit of a struggle
