Aah! Where are you all watching this? Can't find torrents anywhere.

Apparently it's on US TV tomorrow, so torrents should be available on Wednesday.

YAY!! I can't wait!

Hmm I did quite like that episode but nowhere near as strong as the other two season premieres. Felt a little rushed and Kendall had little to do.

the episode was a bit of a "ease" in for new viewers on CW. but it did still havesome nice twist and moments

Yeah the credit sequence is a little off but i'm glad to see some new characters come in and others like Mac and Sheriff Lamb become regulars. I felt the 2nd season mystery wasnt as compelling as the first season but more than made up for it in the last few episodes, even with me inadvertedly finding out before that Beaver was the killer "It's Cassidy!"

I liked the new credits, though the music is a bit off and needs to be adjusted.

Thought it was a great season opener (only finished season 2 about a week ago!). The new characters are great, the storylines are being set up well, Veronica is at her hottest and the ending was rather unsettling to say the least! Most of all it makes you want to see the next one, which is always a good thing!

Apparently it had its highest ratings ever for this episode

great first epiosde for the season, Piz is great, the credits don't seem to work well within the show, but it was a great ep none the less, good to see a more complex Dick, bring on ep 2!

Another middling ep but not too bad. Still finding its feet - I'm not all that fussed about who the rapist is. Nice to know what was in the briefcase though.

Spoilers for 3.02, My Big Fat Greek Rush Week:

Thoroughly enjoyed the episode. But then, any episode featuring Veronica dancing provocatively with two hot females is going to get a gold star from me.

The prisoner experiment was interesting to see. And it provided some fun guest stars - Dan Castellaneta (voice of Homer Simpson) as the class teacher and Rider Strong from Boy Meets World as the crazy guard. I like seeing Wallace and Logan interact.

Wasn't too sure about the Keith/Fitzpatricks storyline. Seemed to finish very abruptly. But hey, it's finished now.

This is interesting - remember Lucky the Janitor from last year? The actor played the criminology teachers assistant in last weeks episode. Apparently Rob Thomas liked him so much he brought him back ala Garret Dillahunt. I'm expecting him to be the rapist.

Loved the Battlestar reference in episode one and also love the fact that Mac is a regular now!

Haven't had the internet in our new student house (hopefully should get it tomorrow) but I've managed to catch the first two episodes from a friend and after a good but slightly average season opener, the second episode was back on top form. Loved the prison angle and the mystery of the week storyline seemed much more compelling for some reason. Still hate the new slowed down Dandy Warhols song though.

The pace of the song perfectly fitted with the quick wit and style of the show, why change it? Anyone know if they plan to change it back like they did with Scrubs?

Never mind being cancelled after Season 3, they could be cancelled halfway through - The CW only ordered 13 episodes, not the usual 22, although they could halt production tomorrow if the ratings aren't up to scratch.

Veronica Mars may not be getting fantastic ratings, but all of The CW's shows are down at the moment, and the network seem happy so far. I think we'll be getting at least the 13.

Change the theme song back, then the ratings will improve.

Seriously I really hope we get the full 22 episodes and more seasons to come, its by far the best thing on TV at the moment.

Same here, except I think he watched it all in 5 days lol. What made it even sweeter was that he thought it sounded rubbish. Ha, fool on him. Still got 4 other housemates to convince.

Seriously, where's weevil!
hmmmm that Keith/Fitzpatricks storyline did end a little two quickly. I don't think it's over.

I loved Veronica's Dancing.

Spoilers for 3.03, Wichita Linebacker:

Another solid episode. And Weevil is back! Packed on the pounds didn't he?

I would have liked to have seen Weevil stay at Mars Investigations (he and Keith are fantastic together) but now he's discovered his inner detective and I'm sure his new position at Hearst will allow him to help out Veronica with her cases on a regular basis.

I thought it was pretty obvious from the first scene that the girlfriend is the one who stole the playbook - are the mysteries of the week getting too predictable? Perhaps. But I don't watch for them anyway.

I don't like it when the overarching mystery is only brought up at the end of each episode. That shouty girl is my top suspect so far...

Weevil really did look big. I thought this was another solid episode, but I'm still not completely invested in this season yet. There isn't anything really wrong with it, but it just hasn't hooked me yet. 3 episodes in and I still don't care about this rapist storyline, and with only 4 episodes left in this mini mystery, I doubt I really will. The bus crash slowly dragged me in, but 7 episodes is just not enough to do that to me.

The rapist storyline is actually lasting 9 episodes, so that gives you a bit longer to become invested.

Woah woah woah, where did you guys find out that the rapist storyline is only going to last 9 episodes?

Is it taking me a bit of getting used to the new style of the show but it took a while for Buffy to find its feet when entering college so I'm not too concerned. I did enjoy this weeks episode though, the mystery of the week wasn't amazing but it held my interest. More interesting was Weevel and Keith, who were excellent together and the Logan/Veronica storyline was more compelling and heartful as the writers are starting to explore their relationship a bit more. I am a bit disappoited by the news that there won't be one overlong season mystery as thats what helped make the first two seasons so good. Changing it didn't work for Murder One so hopefully the season long mystery will return for season 4.

The ratings for the season 3 opener were very strong, matching the shows previous highest points. As for the last episode (3x03);

" The CW's teen detective show Veronica Mars climbed up a notch this week as well. The show improved by 20 percent in adults 18-34, 8 percent in adults 18-49, and 9 percent in total viewers (3.2 million)."

So it appears to be actually climbing!

I really liked the episode and am warming to the new titles - the images are great and the remixed song is quite cool too. The only trouble is that the two don't quite fit - they have been changing them a bit with each new episode though and it's sounding better every time.

A realy great episdoe, I loved the Weevil/Keith stuff, and the fact that they explored Veronica & Logans Relasionship more, not realy that bothered about the rapist, but I am very curious to find out what the second mystery of the season will be, and if they picked up for the other 9 epiosdes what the third mystery will be. Allthough I was dissapounted that both Mac and Wallace didn't feature this episode, put Piz returned so it was all good, do you reckon we'll ever get an episode were all the people from the main credits feature in the same episode?
Oh and its good to see that it's ratings are getting better
