Easier than Y3? I started this the other day but I was tempted back to my 360 as I wanted to improve my TA ratio and overall competion....

I would say so. Boss battles are easier and some of the characters have some really cheap moves you can rinse/repeat. Plus there are fewer sub-stories and the Ultimate skill challenges no longer have ranks, you only have to complete it. But I found the game as a whole more enjoyable than Yakuza 3, think I put in about 75 hours altogether on this game for the Platinum. Still haven't Platinum'ed Yakuza 3 yet....

Love the fact that the developers are trying new things to keep the series fresh- new engine, characters, cities etc. Slightly worried by the direction they seem to be taking Haruka and Kiryu, but I guess they will explain it all with an epic intro-movie

With a December release I'm hoping for a March 2013 release for EU/NA.

I'm yet to play any Yakuza games despite wanting too. Plan to play the PS3 games before this gen is over.
