Season 4 starts on Sunday in the States.

Victory!

If only all shows took a week off in between seasons.

It's back already? Bloody brilliant! The show is near perfect right now. I just hope they aren't all living seperately for too long. I know the characters have to progress, but one of my favourite aspects of the show is all four guys living together. And "Please" let Drama's show remain a success! I'd hate to see the poor guy suffer any more.

So who watched it?

I'm wondering if we'll get an "I am Queens Boulevard" moment with this film. The make up on Vinnie. Ha! Is this his Oscar moment? Or will it go tits up?

Standardly loving the Drama and the Ari.

Now that he's finished shooting this film and with no other films to come, Vince recieving high praise for his role and eventually picking up an Oscar nomination would be an interesting direction to go in.

Really liked that new episode and Vince looked great with the make up on. I'd pay to see Medellin. That end explosive scene looked awesome.

Especially with the little cameo by Drama.

BRILLIANT!

Medellin (sic) looks amazing! Drama's cameo was awesome!

I thought Walsh was gonna go mad and fuck it up though.

No idea...

But did anyone see Sunday's ep? Loved it. Maybe it was seeing Walsh and E finally throw down (I hate E!), maybe it was Drama at the doctors, but I'm sure it was seeing Ari at work again. Finally! Throwing in a few characters from seasons past helps a lot too.

It never drops in quality. Ever. Walsh is slowly becoming one of my favourite characters, so hopefully he'll be sticking around. Him and E together are just pure entertainment.

And you hate E? But, but...why? They're the most likeable TV cast in years!

What can I say?

Ari is pure gold. You know it.

Drama, funny as hell. You can't help but love him.

Turtle is funny. A bit too an awe of Vince, but I like him.

Vince... I get it. But come on all he really does is smooth things over between people, act a bit too relaxed about any situation and turn on the charm. Not much depth or humor. But, he's pretty and I get it.

E... Yes the most rational person. But the most boring. I just can't really love him.  I did enjoy this week's ep just to see him get really pissed off with Walsh (he been getting on my nerves recently, but was redeemed this week for rubbing E up the wrong way!). So you know... that's it I guess!

Nah, i'll give you that. One of my friends feels the exact same way. But he is the glue of the group. Without him, they'd be pretty lost. It's hard being the only straight guy (in a comic sense) amongst such hilarious and pretty wacky characters, but i think the actor pulls it of pretty darn well.

Hmmm, well Vince is kind of the glue. I guess in a friendship sense. But I suppose if it wasn't for him they'd all be back in NY living a normal life thanks to Vinces fuck ups... (see post aquaman).

I can't believe this thread has dropped so far back.

I caught up with the last few episodes recently.
EP9: Wow! Mrs. Ari is so hot. one of my fourite episodes so far.

EP10/11: I liked the intro of Ahn-na Faris. Really playing off her dozy character.
But then they did something which I'm not too keen on. I know the show isn't big on goodbyes and that's one of the themes, but whenever a character has a permanant parting (Sloan, Anna Faris, Carla Gugino etc) instead of showing it they just put in a throwaway line. It's really starting to get annyoing.

Forgot all about this Thread, but i've been keeping up with the show. Things seem to going kind of okay for them, i guess. $1 is better than nothing, and at least things are going well for Drama. I've now realised that everything that man says is immediately funny. He deserves the Emmy. Even ahead of Ari!

The last episode was great. I loved Ari dozing during the premier then waking up at the end" I LOVED IT, FANTASIC". I get the feeling this maybe the end of Walsh though. I was trying to remember wasn't there a big American movie that was booed at Cannes a few years ago

Good last episode. Back to business.

I'm glad the film is crappy. Vince never gets stressed about anything, I want to see him worry a bit.

How long has it been since Aquaman? That's the last hit he had. Remember they didn't release Queens Blvd.

Nice to see Drama gettin' some lovin'.

Yeah, I'm glad they going to have to fall on hard times because Vince needs to be dropped a peg or two. Nothing seems to worry him and it should.

As for Medellin, god some of those shots looked prententious. Nothing like the trailer that promised a good film.

Wish I could to Cannes and party like that..........sigh..

Completely forgot about this thread too.

It was a decent season but just too bloody short.

Vince needs a good bomb on his hands. He was making this whole acting/producing shindig look way to easy. How did "Silo" get backed so quickly? It sounds like a real crap film too.

Ari needs more of a challenge too. Everyone was just coasting for a while. I was hoping they'd go deeper into the whole E's loyalty split beteen Vince and Aaaaaanaaaa but that barely got going.

Stand out of the season though has to be Drama. His stuff is always the highlight of each episode.
