Tokyo Godfathers, pretty good.
8 Mile, pish.
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, loved the dialogue and characters but wasn't really taken by the plot.  Still damn good.
Waco: The Rules of Engagement, interesting.
Control Room, excellent.  Best film in this list.
The Squid and the Whale, very good.
March of the Penguins, not bad but seriously overhyped.
Ilha das Flores, great short film.
Memoirs of a Geisha, spoiled by having them speak English but OK.
L'Enfant, very good.

Night Watch
The Yes Men
The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada
The Squid and the Whale

Actually, I can't remember what I saw before A Perfect World; how depressing...

10.  Pirates Of The Carribbean (1/5)

The Curse Of The Black Pearl or Dead Man's Chest?

Dead Man's Chest.

It's a cataclysmic collapse in quality from the excellent The Curse Of The Black Pearl, This sequel is uninvolving, poorly structured, hideously contrived and convoluted, often ludicrous, ridden with dreadful dialogue and blighted by the bargain basement performances of Bloom, Knightley and Davenport. On top of all this, the final nail in the coffin is the transformation of Jack Sparrow from a lovable rogue anti-hero into a lazily written franchise cash-in pirate clown.

Anyway, since finishing work on Friday:

Hellboy (2004) - 2/5
Trip To The Moon (1902) - 4/5
Un Chien Andalou (1929) - 4/5
The Great Train Robbery (1903) - 3/5
The Getaway (1972) - 4/5
Triumph Of The Will (1934) - 4/5
Nanook Of The North (1922) - 5/5
The Enigma Of Kaspar Hauser (1974) - 4/5
Uncle Silas (1947) - 2/5
The Thief Of Baghdad (1940) - 5/5

That's just it though, if that were the only bit the film would be worth more, it's the length that kills it.  The jokes get a bit thin and repeated sometimes. I'd maybe consider giving it 3 stars, I don't take my star ratings too seriously though.

Last 10:

A Fistful Of Dynamite 4/5 (Under-rated, I think)
Wonderboys 4/5
The Killing Fields 4/5
Red River 4/5
Touch Of Evil 5/5
Scarface (1932) 4/5
The Philadelphia Story 5/5
Mr & Mrs Smith (1940) 3/5
Casablanca 5/5
A Streetcar Named Desire 5/5

I can certainly understand your opinions, and I actually agree with a few points. Still, I can forgive almost anything on the part of the filmmakers as long as the film turns out to be entertaining or enjoyable or fun, and I found this film to be all three.

My last 10, over the course of 10 days (There was a time when I could watch 10 films in less than a week. What's happened to me?)

Bugsy Malone - 4/5
Germany, Year Zero - 4/5
The Phantom Of The Opera - 4/5
Re-Animator - 4/5
Cypher - 4/5
Snakes On A Plane - 4/5
Lady In The Water - 5/5
Bent - 4/5
The Cooler - 4/5
No Escape - 3/5
