I think peoples expectations for Prometheus were higher (see frickin sky-high) than they are for Man of Steel purely because of what it was following (or more accurately what it was the prequel to) and the fact that it was Ridley Scott's first Sci-Fi pic since Blade Runner. so! who is going to see this on opening day!. I have taken the day off work and intend to keep my eldest off school and take my sons to the days first showing! . I am hoping this will be their Superman like mine was and always will be the Donnor SM. Saying that! they both love the Reeves Superman movies!

Probably not on the opening day but soon after! I'm taking a disabled friend of mine who unfortunately has cancer, as I showed him the trailer the other day during a visit and he nearly pissed himself in awe!

I'm gonna have to sort out disabled access and all that stuff as well and I don't really want to be doing all that when it's too busy. It's gonna be hard to do but I may have to leave it a few days to a week after it opens!

Don't you go spoiling it for me Danny!

You in London at all? Pretty sure the BFI IMAX has really good disabled access and reserved spaces for wheelchair access etc.

I've just been checking my VUE in Halifax and they only have the 3D version showing on opening day!!! I hope this isn't true!! I will be sooo pissed off!. I`ll have to goto Bradford instead! :(

Yeah, but he can't use public transport for reasons too complicated to go into and there's no parking to my knowledge around there. I've got it under control but thanks for the info - much appreciated!
