Been meaning to start this thread for a while now but seeing as we're so shit in the Premiership I thought it'd be good to start now so we can all have a bitch and a moan.

So, 2-0 against Fulham. Another poor premiership outing after the midweek European heroics. So how can we stop it? I've been thinking about this and one solution would be for Rafa (or the board) to bring in someone like Phil Tompson as a Premiership advisor. He knows the Premiership and under his management we always did ok. Certainly better than we have done for the last year or so under Rafa. I don't want to get rid of Rafa, no way no how, but I just think something needs to be done about our Premiership performances.

Any other suggestions and/or comments on why we're so bad?

Looks like you're right. 1-0 to Bolton at the moment (half an hour gone) and it doesn't look good. Our run of wins had to end some time and I always had a feeling it would be against Bolton at the Reebok. Lets hope we get back to winning ways for the Man U and Arsenal games.

P.S. Am I being a tad pesimistic considering it's not even half time yet? I hope so. Come on The Reds!

I am not surprise we are 1 down at half time. Bolton have only lost one at home in the premiership this season.

But come on reds lets get a early goal back and you never know

Gerrard just score from the spot, to make it 1 - 1. Should be a good end to the game now

Bugger!!! Bolton have just scored 2 - 1

Oh well 2-2 isn't a bad result really considering it's Bolton away. At least our unbeaten run continues. Let's hope Arsenal do us a favour tomorrow night.

I listen to it on the radio. We could of got the winner near the end but by the sounds of it a draw was a fair result

I take it that was the United fan in you hoping Arsenal will be totally out of form tomorrow and doing United a favour.

We came so close to beating the club record from 1982. We fought hard though to come back twice, and Bolton are a team famous for upsetting the big teams. I'm really happy with our progress this season.

Thanks. I must admit I've been pleasantly surprised how welcome I've felt since choosing Liverpool as my favourite team. Two scousers I met last night took me out and we nicked a few cars and torched them outside Goodison Park.

That's nothing. Me and my mates broke into Anfield and nicked 8 flags.

Are you sure that's not 11 straight wins, it can't have been that long ago that they've gone 11 unbeaten.

It is since 11 straight wins...we went 12 league games unbeaten at the start of of the 2002-2003 season, with 9 wins & 3 draws, before eventually losing our unbeaten record to Middlesbrough in November.

How we managed to finish 5th after that start is still beyond me.

Probably should also have said we went 29 games unbeaten at the start of the 87-88 campaign as well, in the days of the best player ever Peter Beardsley & the goal machine John Aldridge, before the dirty blues brought us crashing back down to Earth in March.

I remember that we got knocked out the Champions League a week later and our season pretty much imploded from there.

hmmm, wouldn't like to say if it's real or not for fear of looking a fool. that's the same strip as the current german and french national sides, so could easily have been shopped. though, if it is, i'm not so sure about it. there's way too much white on it. it's got too much going on with the fancy stripes down the side. my ideal LFC strip would be plain red with maybe a hint of white on the collar. the current one is much nicer imo. saying that though, the badge is a lot better, at least they've binned all the green and the silly borders. a plain white liverbird looks a lot classier.

It was a great match, i'm pissed off about the performance in the first half, conceding three againt a first division side isn't good enough.

Best chant i've heard in a while though......3-1 and you fucked it up,3-1 and you fucked it up!

Great comeback, again, great goals by Gerrard, pongolle and alonso (benitez's best signing), the downside being Hyypia was awful, and Cisse continues to frustrate, he could be on the way out.

We were terrible in that first half.

I was just praying for half time so rafa could sort them out.

I was getting texts for friends taking the piss about how we could not beat championship teams. Strange at full time after I sent them texts I got no replys back

Well now we done the greatest UEFA Cup Final Match, the greatest Champions League Final Match and Now the one of the Greatest FA cup matches/comebacks.

Still I wish they stop making it so hard for themselves I am sure I age a couple of years everytime it happens

I was pissing myself when they started singing that! My dad was like, "What're you laughing at?" and I said, "Can't you hear the crowd?"

Motty suddenly went very quiet when they started singing as well. I half expected him to start babbling to cover it up but he didn't!
