For your formation, it depends who you have on the pitch (click the yellow arrow next to the player to substitute them with a player on the bench). e.g. If you have more strikers it might be 4-3-3 rather than 4-4-2.

To change your captain, there should be a little pop-down bar for you to select the captain.

What I love about this game is it gives you extra interest in the games you mightn't really give a toss about if you have players in it.

Not sure I will take part yet, I might do but a whole season is a long time.  I probably will join but I'll leave it until I know whose staying and whose going.

You can change your team up until game round one can't you? So If there are any transfers you can change your team accordingly.

Ah, of course, Forza Wolfy might make an appearance then, see if I can improve on my 6th place in the world cup one.  I'll take a proper look later.

That's the worst strikeforce I've ever seen! Them lot'll get 15 goals between them.

Yes I totally overdone the other areas making  for a crappy strikeforce but I'll change things around when I can be bothered.

If Gatusso ever signs for Manchester United he'll be going straight into my midfield.

Team Changes

Marlon Harewood replacing Helguson in attack.

I don't know about that, the likes of Gattuso and Makelele aren't as affective in fantasy football as they are on the pitch.

I usually avoid this as I'm a total retard when it comes to fantasy teams but I thought I'd give it a go this year. Here's my team:

DEF Jamie Carragher
DEF Rio Ferdinand

MID Steven Gerrard
MID Scott Parker
MID Phil Neville

FOR Thierry Henry (c)
FOR Kevin Davies
FOR Dimitri Berbatov

SUBS: GK Sorenson, DEF Pearce, MID Mullins, MID Oster.
