Can't beleave the top 5 Shoot Outs on Film 2013 especially as it was done by Empires own Chris Hewitt & no place for Hard Boiled or Die Hard??? Poor form

Im not sure how unpopular this is going to be....

Days of Thunder, despite being pretty much the same story as Top Gun, is far more enjoyable. Caught it last night, and while Top Gun has some appeal, DOT smashes it!

I like Death Proof. There...I said it.

Whilst it may be Tarantino's worst film, it's still better than 90% of other films. It has a cool antagonist in Kurt Russell's Stuntman Mike, awesome cars and and one the best chase scenes ever committed to film. Plus it introduced a more mainstream audience to Zoe Bell who is just awesome!

Not a huge fan of Mulholland Drive but the shitty trampface behind the skip outside the diner scene is one of the most suspenseful in cinema history.

I really enjoyed both of the Jurassic Park sequels.
I have no interest in watching any of Nolan's Batman films.
2012 was brilliant.
Jackie Brown is Quentin Tarantino's best film, though admittedly I haven't seen Django Unchained yet.

Really? I always thought Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction, and possibly even Kill Bill and Inglourious Basterds, were all rated more highly than Jackie Brown.

Dredd was complete crap. It ALL took place in a soulless, cheap building/set with Lena Headey as the villain. Where was Mega City? Batman takes place in Gotham City not the post office.
