As the old one was my most viewed subject I thought I would honour it and bring it back!
And my first topic of conversation is ...... how "gorram" sexy is Elle!
My second topic of conversation is the Susan and Alex storyline.
Spoilers ahead for UK viewers

If you were in Karl's position, would you tell Susan?
It seems kinda obvious that Karl and Susan will get back together in the future and become surrogate parents to Zeke and Rachel, not sure if I like the idea. As I said before, don't really want them back together! Way too much history now!

So Neighbours is back for downloaders and the Australian's monday and it appears Paul won't find out that it was Harold "on a mission from God" Bishop that tried to kill him. Shame!
And finally an episode has taken the lead in the poll. I'm guessing there may be some plane crash votes when it airs here which is in 2 weeks I think

Are we in for a treat concerning the plane crash?

Fantastic. One of the best episodes of Neighbours ever. The only thing is it kind of went down hill after that in my opinion.

Also be prepared to take a major dislike to Susan for a while as she is so wrapped up in her own life to care that she has just lost one of her best friends

I'm watching the UK broadcast ones, and I find Elle SO ANNOYING! She keeps getting Izzy into trouble and I'm dying for her to get caught out. For those that are ahead with the episodes, can you tell me that she does? I can't wait for her to get her come uppance!

Oh she certainly does, Izzy is in top form and manages to reveal her antics. Then Elle becomes all nice all of a sudden. Ah she's fit though

So I watched the Neighbours 2006 opener today and well. erm..... not great. They have destroyed the opening titles, they look like something you'd get on the opening of a show on C beebies and Harold's transformation is less exciting and more ridiculous now. Katya is in the opening credits, as are Ned, Rachel and Zeke, more people I can't stand. The only good thing is Elle, still hot and now a regular.

Anyone else catch today's one?

Yeah is it me or did they imply that Toadie could possibly become gay?

Sort of spoilers for new Aussie season eps.

Those credits were awful! It was like Balamory meets Neighbours. I must have missed Ned in the credits. I can't stand him either, I was hoping Kim would be in there, he's a far better character.

Other than that it was an okay opener. The Steph and Max stuff was obvious, but good. Harold's looniness was a bit silly though, and I've really seen enough of Paul's paranoia.

What irritated me was that they were all sitting outside these stupid cartoon houses that bore no resemblence to any house on Ramsay Street. Did like the trailer for Veronica Mars after it though. So that gets primetime out there and we got it daily on Living.

The Toadie/Ned/Gay thing was quite comical yes, I too got that gay Toadie impression.

Ahhhhh does Ned stick around then!? He is hereby known as The Plank.

Sounds like they're filling up the cast with annoying characters played by bad actors. Getting back to their roots, perhaps?

I thought it might lead to a Toadie realizes that he might be gay future storyline but perhaps it was just for comic effect.

can't see Toadie being gay, as he said hes been out with two of the finest women to have evr graced ramsey street. I presume that was Dee and Sindi although Sindi wasn't that fit.

Dee on the other hand, she's a brunette now and it really suits her!
Sindi wasn't really all that was she. Had one of the poorest write outs ever in the show though

I always thought Toadie could do with giving some of his flab to his girlfriends since they're all sticks.

What about his wrestler girlfriend???? She was HUGE! Ryan Moloney has said that once his contract runs out (year and a halfish) he's not going to do it anymore. Ramsay Street won't be the same again!

Oh yes Eva Destruction or something. Toadie is quite funny, but I find Joe Mangle to be quite funny too. But Karl is soooo the best character and the worst is...Elle!

Elle DOES get better! Trust me! I miss Joe a lot, the show seemed to be missing him straight after he left. Let the bring back Mark Little campaign begin!

He doesn't really break up with her, he just leaves to help Toby. Hopefully he'll be back.
Really can't wait for everyone to see the plane crash!

Toby's Joe's son, born WAY before Sky. Used to live with good ol' Dorothy Burke

Dorothy...Burke...?  LoL I'm not bothered about old characters they're all in the past or coming back to play different roles because Neighbours are short of actors.

Does anyone know the exact date the plane crash happens?  I started a new job that ends at 6 so no longer get to watch Neighbours but am willing to be a complete saddo and record the crash!

The actual crash is next wednesday. Theres a big double page spread about it in Inside Soap.

With regards the credits, hopefully enough people will complain and they will scrap them

Neighbours was boring today but hopefully tomorow's episode should be a bit more interesting apparently Izzy gets her own back on Elle or something. Yes, finally.

Its pretty cool the way she does it.
Today's oz episode was strange, the whole Harold storyline is becoming stranger and stranger the more it progresses. Today it was threatening phone calls and silent prayers about ridding the world of evil.
Not sure what to make of the Steph storyline either really.
Connor and Toadie appear to be reunited though which is cool. And Bob had a starring moment too!
