 Some sequels aren't even genuine sequels. They've just changed the title to cash in on a succesful movie. The Horror Show was changed to House 3.

"Legally Blonde 3" -- Beauty and brains bring big laughs.

"Cutting Edge 3" -- The romantic drama about the quest for victory among professional ice skaters.

"Into the Blue 2" -- A new and exciting installment based on the action thriller about aspiring treasure hunters.

"WarGames 2" -- Scheduled to begin shooting in Montreal in November, the thrilling story of what happens when top officials try to dismantle the famous computer.

"Species 4" -- The fourth installment of the Species franchise continues in Mexico, where new experiments with DNA bring horrific results. An MGM/360 Production, Frank Mancuso, Jr. will oversee production beginning in October on "Species 4". Mancuso has served as the producer or executive producer on the previous "Species" movies.

Legally Blonde 3 will not star Reese Witherspoon.

A sequel to WarGames? Jesus, its been about 23 years since the original. Nice to see the studios dig around in the vaults now and again.

Cube Zero is awful and completely undoes everything the first (and to extent the second) film managed to acomplish. Such a shame, as an origin story is a good idea, in theory, in practice this is awful. I bought the boxset a few weeks back, not really worth the price tag.

 By the sounds of it the next Alien versus Predator film should be direct to DVD...

Also wasn't there an animated sequel to the Lord of the Rings cartoon film that wrapped up the storyline but only got a video release? Think it might have been called Return of the King. A quick glance at imdb confirms it. Also there was an animated Hobbit film. Haven't seen either of these in the U.K and can't imagine wanting to...

 The Return Of The King was a made-for-TV as I recall, it's supposed to be dreadful but I've never seen it.

A Wargames sequel?!?!?!  Surprised they aren't re-making that one.  Tho it would have to be about the one teenage geek that wasn't hacking into the US defence system and trying to start WW3...!
