I really should be back in bed.. I don't know why I am not... I have been getting back into a normal sleeping pattern lately (well going to sleep at 1) and I woke up early today and everything

But I will go now because I sense parents are awaking

I'm okay. A little full as my mum decided today to have a house warming party (we have lived here for 19 years) but I guess it was for her new husband who she has been with fr a year almost and lived withg for about 2. There was lots of food and Lots of cheesecake that no-one else was eating

Its one of those nights where I am thinking I am back at college on monday and have an exam so I should be in bed but have to write something up for tomorrow even if it does mean messing up my sleeping patterns even more

Oh well and all that

Whats your day held (if the sleeping thing is indeed a joke)

At weekends, I go to my mums, as she is working and I sit and keep my sister company. We were painting the fence today since our town's gala day is approaching (Thursday) and folk usually paint things and tidy gardens for some reason.

Oh, and my sis has a new puppy and its a wee bugger. It eats everything and is just so bloody exhausting. Glad my sister is not that young, I'd be dead looking after them both. I'm going back there at noon (plenty of time for sleep)

what type of dog is it, will it grow up to be a yappy ankle biter or a big shaggy dog... or something else of course?

Its a springer spaniel. They're usually ok, but often run around daft. He's only 3 months old (we've had him 2 weeks), he still has a lot to learn. Like not to bite! grrrr

ahhhh, that would be the drawback of dogs, the biting with the sharp teeth in the long mouth with the rabies etc etc. But they ae lovely creatures really!!! Can be a lot of fun to play with especially if he runs around a lot like yousay!

The biting thing won't last, he thinks he's playing. He's a lovely playful dog at heart, he just doesn't understand that running around with my mums glasses in his mouth is neither big or clever

awwwwww

he really sounds adorable

But He'll learn for sure.

Seriously, when I retire far far in the future or if I win the lottery and never have to work, I am so buying a dog. They can also be such beautiful creatures.

My dads partner used to have a dog and we used tolove taking it out for walks and playing with it and stroking it and even as a very very old dog he had the energy of an 8 year old boy.

The council of ministers
The enlargement of the EU in 2005, from 15 to 25 members. Made it virtually impossible for the council to work on the basis of unanimity. The treaty of Nice foresaw this and consequently proposed the extension of QMV into over 30 areas previously decided on the basis of unanimity. The weighting of each state's votes also had to change as states joined. The treaty of Nice proposed that the UK would hold 29 votes as would Germany, France and Italy. Poland, the largest of the states to join in 2005, was given 27, with Malta (the smallest of the new states) given 3. The number of votes required to pass a measure under QMV was also changed under Nice, but member states were given the right to insist that ministers representing 62% of the EU population approved a measure before it could pass.

Thats an insight into what I am writing up for my Politics work!!!!

Its Europe and I know very little about the workings of it but I am trying to work it all out in notes like these

Just thought I would share as we have around 5 mins left

Just before this thread closes down for the night, heres another little bit of knowledge for you!

quote:

At the end of the second world war there was a wide held desire to bind European states together in a kind of economic organisation in order to prevent Europe from descending back into another war. The European Coal and Steel Community was formed in 1952 and Included France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. In 1957 these 6 member states signed the treaty of Rome which Created the European Economic community (EEC) and the European Atomic energy Community. This treaty broadened the Coal and Steel Community to include foreign trade and agriculture. At that time the UK favoured retaining close trading links with the US ('the special relationship') and the newly formed commonwealth.

I'm good. I'm downloading more illegal TV shows than I know what's good for me. But on the plus side, it's TV heaven!

Edit: Night!

That's okay. I'm tired and ceased to make sense a long time ago. I'm getting hysterical. Time for bed this time I mean it. Hope you enjoyed your evil 6/6/6 day everyone...

Night night Ben
