I tried to think of just a few pictures, but there are so many I love it was really difficult even to cut it down to these, so apologies for posting loads! The Mayan Temple Pyramid at Chichen Itza, in the Mexican Jungle. Such an awe-inspiring sight, and very difficult to climb! The Beach in central Cancun, Mexico, at Sunset. Those clouds massing on the horizon meant a tropical rainstorm later that night Downtown Auckland from the cliffs outside the city. I love the way the Sky Tower seems to pierce the clouds - living up to it's name. The Sky Tower in Auckland Rangitoto Island - a dormant volcano - across Auckland Harbour Niagara Falls (the Horseshoe Falls part). This was taken in March 2004 when the snow and ice began to melt, but it was still an awesome sight. I love the way the water thundering down shrouds everything in this ethereal, icy mist. Narooma, on the New South Wales Coast, at dusk. A beautiful town, and so peaceful. Lake Burley Griffen, Canberra, at sunset. I have a whole series of pictures from this walk because the quality of the light was fantastic, but I like the framing of this one.
