Dw i Saesnes ond ron i'n byw yn Nghymru. Mae'n gwlad DA IAWN!!

Are you impressed I remember my mutation there?

Anyway I did my degree in Swansea and spent a fair bit of time visiting Aberystwyth and I loved it. The Gower Peninsula is b-e-auuuuuuutiful and the bus journey from Swansea to Aberystwyth with Traws Cambria was gorgeous (albeit scary in the dark, with all those cliffs ).

I had a fab time. I was even going to do my PGCE in Bangor, but I didn't do one in the end.

I am a quarter (I think) Welsh. Visited Swansea and Cardif a few times to visit friends at Univeristy there and its really a beautiful place. Only problem being that there are too many bloody hills. The amount of roads you have to walk up at 45 degrees is crazy.

I went through Wales once, on a bus.  I saw a sheep on a lead.

That's not a lie either.

I'm from Newport, Wales and now living in Bristol (after finishing uni), and I do miss it a bit.

I'm an eighth Welsh, on my mother's side. My maternal grandmother's maiden name was a Welsh staple, Parry. Boyo.

haha! Altho i never hear anyone saying Boyo (grew up in Neath and swansea so im rugby man through and through. Also well versed in the arts of pub chinning and 'drunken boxing' altho not the awesome Jackie Chan kind.

There are many things i dislike in Wales but the stunning scenery and fine friends make it all worthwhile. Theres some amazing heavy rock bands ive grown up with and i love rugby and the beaches and mountains so theres plenty i enjoy!

Since most have already mentioned the cool spots and bands n stuff so i wont repeat them but certainly Gower, Brecon, even Fishguard all have thier stunning spots!

Oh and am i the ONLY person in wales who found Barry Welsh funny?

BARRY GETS A CLEANER...
I saw a postcard in… in a newsagents window… 'Blonde scrubber offers a full service.
Nothing too dirty. £75, so I thought well, that's expensive, but if she's good it's money well spent.
So I arranged anyway for her to come round.
And my word, she was a real pro.
As soon as she got through the door she was on her knees.
Well, and I always thought that…er hiring cleaners was a bit extravagant, but now I can see why people splash out on them.
Anyway to cut a long story short, she's going to come every afternoon.
Because the flat won't clean itself you know, and I'm blowed if I'm going to do it.

Desmond was brilliant and greatly missed. Its sad the latest bond movies were such utter tosh as Q was allways a character that made me smile and he allways struck me as a very genuinley nice bloke. I met him once in the NEC of all places and had a chat. Strangely he seemed taller than i expected!

Dalton was a good Bond i thought although im sure he'll be greatly under appreciated but i thought he was fun in The Rocketeer also!

FLUELLEN
Your majesty says very true: if your majesties is
remembered of it, the Welshmen did good service in a
garden where leeks did grow, wearing leeks in their
Monmouth caps; which, your majesty know, to this
hour is an honourable badge of the service; and I do
believe your majesty takes no scorn to wear the leek
upon Saint Tavy's day.

KING HENRY V
I wear it for a memorable honour;
For I am Welsh, you know, good countryman.

FLUELLEN
All the water in Wye cannot wash your majesty's
Welsh plood out of your body, I can tell you that:
God pless it and preserve it, as long as it pleases
his grace, and his majesty too!

For I am Welsh.
