Yeah Crispin Glover was great: "Hey you! Get you're damn hands off of Leah Thompson was also funny.

How weird is it that it'll really be 2015 in just five years? No flying cars around over even a damn hoverboard in sight! I wanted one so bad when I was a kid.

 One month to go until the cinema re-release.

a) I can't believe that it's 2015 in 5 years. That makes me sad.
b) I can't believe I'm going to get to see this at the cinema.
c) I can't believe that it's not going to be the best re-release I see at the cinema this year. That's how awesome this year has been for re-released films at the cinema.

I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas! I've been counting down the days since it was announced

And the ad on the back of this months Empire isn't helping!

I just hope it's not as limited as the Blade Runner: Final Cut. But now I can drive, I'll go anywhere to see it!

 best. film. ever.

I may be a tad drunk just now... but I'm just about as excited about seeing BTTF in the cinema as I was about Star Wars. Back in the good ol' doays when there was an Odeon at the top of Holburn in Aberdeen. With carpets and not lino. With stairs down to the seats rather than up into a soulless erstwhile B&Q pre-fab shed. Sigh...

this is gonna be sooooooo cool.

I actually saw BTTF 3 in aforementioned sadly missed Odeon. My third ever film.

I'm maybe more than a tad drunk.

The only type of t-shirt I have more of than BTTF ones are Mr. T ones. Obviously. There's a dearth of cool BTTF t-shirts. Someone needs to fix that.

 got the Hill Valley High one.

The clock tower one is tempting. The others I consider uncool.

I've seen a "Marvin Berry and teh Starlighters" one kicking about that got my attention.

Far too many classless and uncool DeLorean ones on the go. Almost as many of them as cheapo Mr T. ones with some "fool" related jibber-jabber on it.

also that last t-shirt in the appalling green is clearly mistaken. 88mph was unnecessary when Doc got struck by a bolt of lightning (a bolt of lightning!) at the end of BttF 2, but we all know that.

 I have 2. None of which are pictured above.

One is the art work from the original DVD box set (the black one) and the other is a green T-shirt with the delorian and 1.21 GIGAWATTS!!! written on it. Though as a result of 'good living' I've out grown the green one a little!

 I may possibly have travelled at 88mph in the past. Were I to have done so, I was almost certainly likely to have been listening to the BTTF soundtrack.

I may also have tried to time the reaching of said speed with the appropriate moment in said soundtrack that the Delorean also reaches 88mph...

Thus far, time travel has not been forthcoming.


Oh, also I watched an ep of Warehouse 13 where they travel back in time (sort of) and in the time machine they use, the electronic techno-thingy that makes it look plausible - looked an awful lot like the flux capacitor.

Quite possibly! Not sure you’d see such an ‘unconventional’ friendship between a schoolchild and a fully matured man portrayed on screen these days. Has it been mentioned on that father – son relationship thread I wonder? Good example I think.
