Hey Tech, I hope you're proud of this monster you've created! A fantastic thread but I 'm now starting to feel bad that we're not talking about movies a great deal! (Can't believe I'm searching google for pictures of steak)

I've just eaten two cheese and ham toasties, I know it's hardly a substitute for steak but I'm no longer starving and can now stare at this thread without drooling over the keyboard

I'm from a Hindu family so beef is like the forbidden fruit for me.

I always feel cool and reckless when I eat a steak or a burger.

Ah, there's nothing like a small bout of Kreutsfeld-Jacob disease to keep things interesting, eh, folks? Sorry about the bad jokes, but I'm in the Moooooood!

OK, in this moment in time, if I had a choice between an hour with Elisha Cuthbert or an hour with that my choice is made.

If Cypher really wanted steak couldn't he have just plugged into some program from Mouse rather than betray humanity?

MMMMmmmm... Rare steak... that point about Mouse making programs for eating steak is interesting. What other programs could he make? Bangers and mash? Vindaloo? The list is endless!

But how do the machines know what steak really tastes like? Maybe they got it wrong.

If I had to choose between the matrix with steak, or the real world - without steak...  I'd choose the matrix!

Someone's been dragging up a lot of old threads. Good on you.
Does anyone here actually know what Tasty Wheat is, let alone what it tastes like? So how the machines know is beyond me.
Also, yes of course I would want to be put back in the Matrix, the real world sucks big time. I wouldn't even want to be someone important like an actor, I'd just like to be put back in. But I wouldn't mind a bite of that steak. All this food porn thread is making me hungry.

looking at this thread reminded me of that scene in Dog Soldiers...

Joe: Is anyone else thinking what I'm thinking?
Bruce: You are joking aren't you?
Spoon: You fuckin' animal.
Joe: Yea, you're all thinking the same thing aren't you?
Spoon: Mmmm.
Joe: Right lads, how do ya like your steak done?
