I just discovered that between Istanbul and the Varda Viaduct (where Bond gets shot), there's like the distance of half of Turkey. And Turkey is quite big.



There are certainly times where calling a person a cunt is not only reasonable, it is a gross understatement.

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is on now, they left Berlin in North East Germany, im not sure how fast zeppelins go but when they get into the escape plane and land they are in some arid land, The Germans easily scramble fighters from somewhere aswell

In those original Flash Gordon serials from the 30's, Flash and his pals travel to Mars in about half an hour and in something about half the size of a minibus...

Yeah, I know, it probably seemed possible back then but it still makes me chuckle...
