it's no 'being human' but it will do.

nice set up though you can see it all going to hell by the finale.

Didn't like it. I might give it another go next week if I'm REALLY bored, just in case it gets better, but it didn't do it for me first time out.

I think the initial idea is interesting and the main family give some nice performances. It's just that some of the rest is the standard rent a lynch mob stuff which isn't as impressive (although the 'I'm looking for porn!' bit was very amusing

Very much liked this. Some really good human elements thrown in, like Kieran pretending to eat for the sake of his parents.

Is it just me who thinks the guy the identity of the website guy is blatantly obvious?

This show turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. At just three episodes it was very short but leaves plenty unexplored that could be picked up in a future series. That said, on its own it stands as a good bit of cult drama.

The overall concept of cured zombies returning to their former lives is an interesting one but In The Flesh turned out to be a touching human drama, using the Rotters as allegorical figures to represent otherness. The implied romance between Rick and Kieran was nicely handled and beautifully acted. In the end it was more about family ties and relationships than, say the gorier thrills of a zombie drama like The Walking Dead.

Recommended.

At first I was not keen on this show, because Being Human had finished and this was in the time slot. But I was surprised, I watched the trailer, then the first episode and thought it was great. I thought the writer did a great job, changing how zombies are traditional portrayed and also well done to the cast for some great performances. Really hoping for a second series.
