There are so many theories. I feel there isn't and can't be a good or bad when it comes to movies (and screenplays too). If you like it, it's good and what you like might not be liked by me. What's liked by most is a 'popular' screenplay, not a better one still. Because there isn't any 'better' in art! My feelings that's all.
