You ever consider watching them at the beginning of the round?

Alright, what's wrong with Contagion?

Such a boring film. All I could think about from about 20 minutes in was the fact that Matt Damon looked like he was wearing about 8 jumpers, and that he has a massive neck.

Sent my votes Rawls!

Damn it was hard deciding which Muppets song to vote for, makes me want to watch that film all over again!

No director or Actor noms for A Separation is a disgrace

Really happy with best actress, could have voted for any of those.

I'm gutted that Star Spangled Man wasn't nominated I love The Muppets but this was a way better song

It was better than the most annoying and least muppety Muppet in history wondering about his place in the universe.

I'm not even sure I voted for Man or Muppet - Pictures in my Head was my top choice.

Got them, thanks.

Ok, we've had the majority of votes from those who sent nomination ballots in already. The only four I can notice who haven't voted yet are Gimli, Brooksy, Rebel and Rinc. If anyone other than you four sent me nominations but haven't sent me winners votes yet, can you let me know on thread? While I'm happy to let this run until Sunday night, I also don't see much point to doing that if all the original nominators have their votes in before then. Basically I'm going to close this either once Sunday midnight arrives or once those four have all sent votes, depending on which comes first. So if you did send a ballot and I haven't mentioned you, you need to let me know to make sure you're not overlooked. If you didn't send a nomination ballot but want to vote for the winners then you can, you just need to do so asap.

No, that's fine if you need until Sunday. I was just saying this more because if the four of you do send votes in earlier than expected then it's silly me keeping it running. I just wanted to post to make sure I hadn't overlooked someone and as warning to anyone who might want to vote but who didn't send a nominations ballot to vote asap.

Fair enough If the others get their votes in promptly, just let me know and I'll chuck mine in as well.

If you can get the time to watch some of the nominees you haven't seen then it's definitely worth holding it open. I think it was Rebel posted earlier saying he'd watched Tyrannosaur and thought it was amazing. That's always one of the aims with one of these projects for me, getting people to check out stuff they haven't seen.

That's what I love about these things as well, discovering films is something I really enjoy and there's heaps of interesting noms I haven't seen yet I'm about to watch Submarine for example and it looks fantastic. Mu future uncle actually told me to watch Tyrannosaur just the other day as well so I'll try hunt down a copy asap.

Watch Tyrannosaur before Submarine. Both are excellent, but you'll need the latter to cheer you up after the former.

If you've got Lovefilm Instant, you can stream it.

I don't think he can get Lovefilm. Brooksy comes from where women glow and men plunder.

New Zealand's not a real country, silly. It's like Narnia but with less charm and more sheep.
