Hello, my indie horror fans, my name is Ross, story and co-writer of Hunter, a new slasher film for horror fans made by horror fans.

We need your help, support, and optimism. Reaching out to fans like ourselves, the dream is to make an original movie that captures the classic feeling. Many horror movies lately have lost that thrill and we want to bring it back.
So many of these movies have become so predictable it bores and loses our love and attention. But here with Hunter, we want to make you feel you know the story and can predict the next step before a curve ball hits your mind and you are lost again. Each time you feel the pieces are falling together, there is another twist.
Now there will not be a lot of CG and crazy things in it like the high quality movies like The Thing or Cabin in the Woods. But realism is what we are going for. So we are asking for your help in raising only $50k to make this film, which is actually only 5% the budget of Insidious and only 1/5 of 1% of the aforementioned Cabin In The Woods.
With Kickstarter, you can pledge to help us with any amount ($1 to your hearts content). Every penny helps. But if we do not reach the goal, you will not pay anything, its the beauty of Kickstarter for supporters. You know that either you will help make a product and get something for it, or you will not be charged a penny for the missed mark. Its a win deal. Plus, we have some amazing rewards that come with each donation, from getting a personalized thank you to a swag bag filled with all sorts of props and apparel, to getting the executive producer credit, which can actually land you a role in the film (in which you can actually be killed by the killer)!
The film was already shot as a short which is the first 11 minutes and is on the link for your review. You will get a taste of what we are going for and what you can expect from the finished product.
